2. RESPECT FOR OTHERS
Members shall respect other members, guests, venue personnel, neighbors, and the public.
- No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, intimidation, bullying, stalking, or abusive conduct.
- No violence, fighting, deliberate property damage, or conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk.
- Respect personal boundaries, privacy, consent, and requests to disengage.
- Follow reasonable instructions from event leadership and venue personnel.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW AND VENUE RULES
Members are responsible for complying with applicable federal, Maryland, and local law and with property-owner, lease, venue, and event-specific rules.
Membership does not authorize unlawful conduct. A member may be removed from an event when conduct creates a legal, safety, operational, or venue-compliance concern.
4. PERSONAL CANNABIS RESPONSIBILITY
The Club does not sell cannabis, provide cannabis as a membership benefit, or include cannabis with dues, admission, tickets, sponsorships, discounts, or promotions.
Where personal cannabis possession or consumption is lawful and permitted at the location, each member is responsible for the member’s own cannabis, personal consumption decisions, amount consumed, level of impairment, behavior, and transportation.
The Club does not prescribe, recommend, administer, determine, or monitor a member’s dose. Members must not pressure another person to consume or continue consuming.
A member who chooses to consume is responsible for planning safe transportation and must not drive or operate machinery while impaired.
5. INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY
Members act in their individual capacities unless specifically authorized to act for the Club. Personal conduct between individuals does not become Club conduct merely because the individuals are members or are attending the same social activity.
No member may represent that a personal act, gift, statement, purchase, transaction, or arrangement is sponsored, supplied, guaranteed, or authorized by the Club unless the Club has expressly authorized that representation.
6. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND PROMOTIONS
The Club may share educational information, lawful discounts, or promotions offered by third parties. Members make their own purchasing decisions and purchase directly from the applicable seller.
The Club does not guarantee the quality, suitability, potency, effect, or availability of a third-party product. Members are responsible for reviewing product information and making their own decisions.

- Events are private Club activities unless the Board expressly designates otherwise.
- Members must comply with attendance rules, age restrictions, capacity limits, safety instructions, and venue requirements.
- Members are responsible for their own belongings and transportation.

- Event leadership may refuse entry or require a person to leave when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, capacity, or orderly operation.
8. CLUB REPRESENTATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Members may describe themselves as members but may not speak on behalf of the Club without authorization.
Members should respect the privacy of other members. Photos, recordings, identifying information, or private communications should not be publicly shared when doing so would violate another person’s reasonable expectation of privacy or an event rule.
9. ENFORCEMENT
Depending on the circumstances, the Club may use informal correction, a warning, event removal, temporary access restrictions, or referral to the Board.
Suspension or termination of membership is decided by the Board. Serious conduct may be referred directly to the Board without progressive warnings.
Nothing in this Code requires the Club to permit a person to remain at an event while a safety, compliance, or operational concern is being addressed.
10. MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Participation in the Club is voluntary. Each member remains responsible for the member’s own choices, actions, and compliance obligations. Members agree to follow this Code as a condition of continued membership.
